Since we offer unlimited free usage and a 3-day trial period, subscription fees processed after the trial period ends are generally non-refundable.
We assume that by continuing after the trial period, you are satisfied with our service.
If you wish to avoid charges, please cancel your subscription via your account settings before the trial period ends. Once cancelled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, but current cycle fees will not be refunded.
In cases of technical errors (e.g., double billing) or system failures on our end, we will issue a refund within 7 business days upon verification of the issue.
